Biography: Dear reader,
My name is John van der Zwaan, age 59.
In the darkness, after a incident in my life with great impact, there I was suddenly "standing in a white light" and from that moment on I'm a different person guided by (universal) love instead of money and bussiness. Former managing director in the automotive branche with a lot of knowledge and expirience. Specialist on marketing and sales. Networkbuilder. Over the last ten years social involved and active as chairman of patient organisation's for (young) people with cancer. Build websites and mailgroup's. Stimulating and initiating " new information products" for after care. For example look at www.internethaven.nl After a sabbitical period I'am now in for a new challange. THE IMPORTANCE OF EQUALITY

Well being and quality of life of to days human beings is depending on the circumstances of the micro scale; there local (social) environment and there local community. The macro scale of the world, true the revolution of the electronic high way, is became smaller. The different between micro and macro disappears. More and more the interaction of individuals and other communities have influence on people’s quality of life. Involvement, decency and understand ability, in fact equality, is of the outmost importance to lead us in to a worldwide community with equal benefits for all. People that suffered of hunger and poorness living in poisoned environments – no future - are very vulnerable. They need an understandable environment. They have right on understanding, paying attention, an open mind and a listening ear. They are looking for solutions for there problems. They are often desperate. Support, understand ability and involmented are essential needs. There must be room for humanity, mutual respect in fact equality. To put it briefly: “teaming up together” is the solution. With the establishment of the internet infrastructure it is no longer fiction and no longer any excuse to make “equality” impossible. Sharing experiences and knowledge on a open infrastructure, based up on humanity and human interaction will contribute to a positive impact on the motivation of people to improve there wellbeing, the quality of the environment and last but not least the community they are part of. And by that increase the quality of life. This is asking for a mutual understanding and respect. Ziegler mentioned in 1990, while looking at a playing card with the portrait of the Queen with the swords: Taking off your own mask, giving up the certainty which offers safe role behaviour, means the voluntary abandonment of the usual mechanism of defence. By using the sword of the acute perception, we are aware that wearing masks, not only protect and camouflage, but also is keeping us apart from ourselves and others. A long ripening process has preceded the realising of the qualities of this card. The highest expression is a comprehensive clarity, which will reflect in relations with persons and life. TEAMING UP Teaming up! Connect in freedom, on the base of equality, with the jointly interest to increase the quality of life not only for your neighbours on the globe, but also for your self. We all “be” here together in this beautiful universe. Act together as a team, a winning team, even better; as truly friends in engagement!
