I have not heard from you on two of my questions:
-Do you prefer the educational software on CD or DVD (depends on the type of computer you are using at the evening school or at work).
-What do you think about the application from the Hong Kong charity that I sent you last week?

Late summer news from Koliyonkulam

Here is the last update from Koliyonkulam and Jegan:
"Overall the evening school performance is good, all the 42 children are happy and studying hard. Recently 4 students moved to 2 and 1 rank from 4th rank in the school. 3 children who never passed all the subjects did so successfully. A student, Rajesh, was ranked First in his school in Story writing competition out of 70 children. I feel this is a start and lot of big achievements has to happen in the future.

Koliyonkulam has two interesting stories developing at the same time. Unfortunately the village keeps very low profile and may be a nice story is what it needs to become a buzzing place again.
The first story is about the local representative Jegan, who got frustrated with the slow (stalled) fundraising on givemeaning.com and decided to run the Mumbai half marathon to raise money for the children in the school. The second one is about the new facilitator Frantisek Korbel who opened an online shop to sell promotional items to support the school.
