In the city, Tibetan people have good opportunities to learn any language and it's convenient for them to go to English school. With English language they can find good jobs. However, in rural areas, poorer Tibetan people never get an opportunity to learn any language, especially English.
It's difficult for them to go to English school since they don't have enough money to travel and pay for school fees.
