New training in Jinja: Hairdressing

One of the new plans of BEHOD is to start a hairdressers training. In order to start this training BEHOD needs equipment, which the Essent trainees are now looking for. Updates and ideas can go here... :-)

We will send all the stuff on November 28th. Could you give me the address and an example of a letter of donation? We will also make a 'bill of materials' when we send everything away.
Are there any other obligations or things we need to take into account when we sent the stuff? Pelle, maybe you have some tips/tricks? We're happy to hear anything!

I just spoke to Sander van Zanten, who lives in Uganda. He said the plugs won't be a problem, they'll fix it in Jinja.

Actually the process is pretty straightforward. I guess you're sending the equipment via TNT?
Last time I sent goods to Paul, I just sent a parcel: this is registered mail by default, so you'll get a receipt for it and Paul will have to sign.
Separately, I sent Paul a letter of donation with a list of goods attached. I've attached it to this post.
You can fill in your own details, PDF it and send it.

Hey Paul,
Last week I sent all the hairdressing stuff (scissors, blowers, trimmers etc.) away. Seperate from the parcel, you will receive a formal 'letter of donation'. The guys from TNT (the shipper) told me that it will take about three weeks to arrive in Uganda. So I hope the box will reach Uganda as a sort of Christmas gift.
