Two dutch students have completed a business plan for the ICT training centre in Jinja (Thanks Geke and Evelien).
Now we need to review it and complete the bits that aren't right yet!
Paul has provided some additional data, which is added to the resources of this task.
Please go through the business plan and define which parts need some extra attention.

Hi all,
I've added this task because Geke and Evelien delivered the business plan. There may be some bits we have to change, or other information we have to add.... so please review it! :-D
The plan can be found in the "Resources" tab of this task, together with the two questionnaires Paul filled in.

My task was to review the business plan. In order to do so I have made a new document and attached it to this posting. Some things that still need to be done:
- The costs of buying the drinks (that will be sold in the internet cafe) are not in the current cost overview. This still needs to be done. I can not do this since I do not know what the prices of these drinks are
- Currently the proposal was written in the 'You should' way. I understood that this business plan shall be used to persuade investors to give money/hardware/expertise etc. Am I right? In that case the set up of the proposal must be changed.

I agree we should change the way the plan is written from 'you should' to 'will be'
Next to that we need to check some costs in the budget....
$10 for internet won't be enough... i'll call a Ugandan internet provider tomorrow to find out the real costs.
Paul also told me he estimates monthly electricity costs will be around $400. Perhaps one of our Ugandan neighbours can advise??

Its great job done on the task to review the business plan an ICT training centre in Jinja central .
I want to thank Geke and her friend who started on a great laying down the foundation of writting the business plan.
And i want to thank Thera for all the improvements there on she is doing a great job. Thankyou so much for the good work done.

$400 monthly on electricity is very possible as I pay $150 for domestic bills. Power costs in Uganda are high and still rising.
