ICU organisation is initiated in urge for improving and promoting contacts between Uganda and The Netherlands. This purpose ICU likes to reach by supporting educational, culture, sports and tourism-stimulating projects. ICU strives for close cooperation with the local people. The support is focused on independency by the people themselves.
