Here is a copy of the final proposal. We will be submitting this tonight. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped work on this proposal. We really appreciate your help.

On 24-11-2008-Monday,results(progress reports)of the half yearly examination, will be distributed amongst students.
The students will take it home to get it signed by the guardians.
Then the signed results will be submitted back to school,by the students.
Thanks a lots for your concern and support to the project and it's downtroddens.

Tejanath informed me tonight that the school for the deaf recently submitted proposals to the British Gurkha Welfare Society and another organization and were granted assistance for the school. Tejanath assisted them with writing their proposals. Because of the assistance they received, I will be closing these tasks since some of the funding is specifically designated for improvements to the school building and a computer and color television has been donated.
Congratulations to the school and to Tejanath for assisting them with submission of these successful proposals!

Tejanath informed me tonight that an organization has donated a personal computer and color television to the school. He will post more details later. We were in the middle of our discussion and the electricty cut out again, so I wasn't able to get all of the details, but this is good news! :)
Apparently another organization has provided 400,000 rupees (around $5,000 USD) to help manage/improve the physical facilities as well.
I believe they still need one more computer and a printer then we can close this task, but need confirmation of that from Tejanath.

I have submitted the final report to Friends of Kenya tonight. It is attached to this message just for our records.
Bramuel-I reviewed what you sent me and opted not to include the letter because it looked like more of a draft for a letter requesting additional assistance and after looking at the report again, we really already had a "thank you" written into the Introduction section.

I received a message from Bramuel today with an update:
"I checked out with the pharmacy and i have seen we have achieved more than a half of the NHIF stock standard. am so greatful on this.today i was with the NHIF official and he was so greatful too."
That's fantastic news! Hopefully with one more month of accepting NHIF cards, you'll receive enough reimbursement funds to purchase the remaining medications too.
