I thought this link might be useful just simply for information's sake as a reference.
It contains a lot of statistics about tourism in Nepal-including who is visiting, where they are from, etc.
Here is version 2 of the training I made on calculating the breakeven price of a product. In version 1 there where a few errors in the calculations; erroers which I corrected in version 2.
This training can be given offline (away from the computer). The document features:
-
Summary of this training
- Knowledge needed before taking part in this training
- Subjects treated this training
- Subjects not treated in this training
- Materials needed in order to give this training - Part 1: Introduction: Selling price, profit per product, breakeven price per product
Over time I have created a list of potential sources of funding, books etc which I add to as I find things.
It is at
http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dgs9fnp6_0g5zp8p3n
and has the following sections:
1.SOURCES OF FUNDING
2.EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES DONATIONS
3.BOOK DONATIONS AND LOW COST BOOKS
4.TWIN SCHOOLS/PARTNERSHIPS
5.OTHER PARTNERHSHPS
6.ONLINE FUNDRAISING
All villages are very welcome to use this information!

Dear all,
Sabina finally got the construction budget from the architect - unfortunately way more than we considered with its Rs. 3,202,630.53 (US$ 44481.00) for building construction only....but at least we know what we're at and can try to find specific funding. I will save the attached budget as a resource.
Best, Angelika

Hi
I would like to help you write up content for the website for Notre Dame so that you can get the funding - but I do need a lot more information. Is it posted on Nabuur?
